charming stay near the best of cape may's attractions

I loved the perfect location, just a few steps from the Washington Street Gallery and less than a 5-minute walk to beautiful Wilbraham Park, which made exploring the area so easy and enjoyable during our stay in a Junior Suite that had so much character and charm.

Had a wonderful night in our ocean side room with stunning views, enjoying the vibrant dining experience at Blue Pig Tavern and the cozy atmosphere by the fireplace.

The Good, the Bad, and the Unexpected

What a delightful getaway! Our ocean-side room was immaculate with incredibly comfy beds. Staff were consistently friendly, making our stay feel special. Yet, check-in felt chaotic, and world outside could intrude with noise. Still, the beach access was perfect, and the charming location near shops was a major plus! We'd gladly return.

The soaking ocean view from my room was breathtaking, perfect for sipping coffee on the cushioned bench seats. I loved the delightful live music at the bar, creating a vibrant atmosphere for me and my friends. Plus, the outdoor dining experience at the Blue Pig Tavern was unforgettable with fresh seaside air and delicious food!

Just an ideal choice for a stopover in Cape May with reasonable value. The bathroom smelled fresh like Clorox, which was pleasant. For a quick meal, be patient with reservations at the restaurants nearby.

The historic decor was charming, but the public bathrooms were not clean during our stay.

The cheerful staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The quality of the food was exceptional, with a well-curated drink menu that enhanced our dining experience.

However, the cleanliness of the room had some room for improvement.

This place suits me perfectly with amenities like free wi-fi, a seasonal outdoor pool, and excellent beach access. The staff even helped me with a late checkout during my first visit. Highly recommend it, and I’m coming back for a weekend!

Exceptional service from the valet and front desk staff made the arrival smooth, while the well-kept grounds and inviting pool added to the relaxation. Breakfast featured delicious cooked eggs, and the coffee shop was a nice touch. However, the hotel bars were overly crowded and loud, making it difficult to unwind in the evenings. A more tranquil environment would enhance the experience.

We had a pleasant stay, but it was marred by a lack of proper accommodation for our disabilities. The room we were assigned had a bed that was too high for us, leading to an unfortunate incident that required us to cut our stay short. While the location was lovely and the staff was generally helpful, it was disappointing that our specific needs weren't recognized at check-in.

during our stay at congress hall, we really enjoyed the beautiful pool area and the fantastic breakfast at the bottom restaurant. the room we had was cozy, and the makeup remover packets were a nice touch. also, the beach is just a short walk away, which makes it super convenient for a leisurely day out.
